Key points at a glance

This summary is for convenience only. The full Terms below are what apply.

1. About these Terms

1.1 What applies to you. Your use of EdJAMON is governed by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific terms, enrolment confirmation or fee details we give you. If something in a program-specific document conflicts with these Terms, the program-specific document applies for that program.

1.2 Partners. Colleges, universities and companies that work with us may sign a separate agreement or memorandum of understanding. That agreement applies to the partnership and, if it conflicts with these Terms, it prevails for that partnership.

1.3 Acting for an organisation. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.

1.4 Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the website. If you keep using our services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

2. Words we use

3. Our Services

3.1 What we offer. Depending on the Program, our Services may include:

3.2 Descriptions can change. We describe our Services as accurately as we can, but the content, tools, schedules, batches and features may change as we improve or adapt them. We may add, modify or stop a service for business, legal or operational reasons.

3.3 Website information. Information on our website and blog is provided for general learning and information. It is not a promise of any specific result.

4. Eligibility and accounts

4.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enrol on your own. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your participation. We may ask for proof of age or consent.

4.2 Accurate information. Give us accurate, complete and current information when you register, enquire or enrol, and keep it up to date.

4.3 Keep your login safe. Your username and password are for you only. Do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

4.4 One person, one account. Accounts and access are personal and cannot be shared, transferred or resold.

4.5 Enquiries. When you submit a form, call, message or email us, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry.

5. Enrolment, fees and payments

5.1 Fees. The fee for a Program, and what it includes, is shared with you before you enrol. Fees may differ by Program, tier, duration or batch. Please read the Program details and fees carefully before you pay.

5.2 When enrolment is confirmed. Your place is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (for example by email or on the platform) and we have received the payment due, or the instalment arrangement we have agreed with you.

5.3 Taxes. Fees are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, which will be shown where they apply.

5.4 Payment providers. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and banks. They operate under their own terms and security measures. We do not store your full card details. Where EMI or instalment options are available, the provider’s own terms also apply.

5.5 Fee changes. We may change our fees from time to time. A change does not affect amounts you have already paid and applies only to enrolments made after the change.

5.6 Refunds. Fees paid for a Program are generally non-refundable, including if you choose not to start or continue the Program.

5.7 Refund requests. If you believe you have a genuine reason for a refund, you may write to contact@edjamon.com with your details and the reason. We review each request individually. If we consider the reason valid, we may approve a refund, in full or in part, at our discretion. We will tell you our decision in writing, and an approved refund will be sent to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Nothing in this section affects any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5.8 Non-payment. If a payment due is not received, we may pause your access to the Program until it is paid.

6. Programs, internships and participation

6.1 Program details. Duration, schedule, domain, tasks and expected deliverables are explained when you enrol. We may adjust schedules, batches, tools or Mentors for practical reasons and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

6.2 Your commitment. To get value from a Program, attend sessions, complete assigned tasks on time, follow guidance from Mentors and let us know early if you cannot attend or meet a deadline.

6.3 Learning experience, not employment. Taking part in a Program is a learning and training experience. It does not make you an employee of EdJAMON or of any client or Partner. No salary, stipend or employee benefits are payable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6.4 Experience letters and certificates. Eligible Participants receive an experience letter or certificate when they complete the Program and meet the criteria shared with them, such as attendance, deliverables and conduct. The document describes your actual role, duration and work. We may confirm its authenticity if an employer or institution asks us to.

6.5 Withdrawing a certificate. We may withhold or withdraw a certificate if it was obtained through dishonesty, if you misrepresent your work or role, or if you seriously breach these Terms.

6.6 Live and client projects. Some projects involve real client or business information. Treat that information as confidential and follow the instructions you are given about it. Any project-specific terms will be explained before you start.

6.7 Mentors. Mentors share guidance and feedback in good faith. Their opinions are their own. Mentors cannot make promises on our behalf about fees, refunds, placements or other commitments.

6.8 Recordings. Some sessions may be recorded for training, quality or record-keeping. We will let you know when this happens. Recordings are only for the Participants of that Program.

7. No guarantee of jobs or results

7.1 Support, not a promise. We provide skills training, practical experience, guidance and career support such as interview preparation and access to job opportunities. What you achieve depends on many things, including your effort, your background and the job market.

7.2 No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee employment, placement, interview calls, salary, promotion or any specific result. Stories, reviews and examples on our website describe individual experiences and do not predict yours.

7.3 Employers and job listings. Job listings and opportunities are shown for your convenience. Hiring decisions are made only by the employer. Please check any opportunity carefully before sharing sensitive information, and do not pay money to anyone to secure a job.

8. Your Content and project work
